Some of you may already know that we are having a house built. Nothing fancy. Just ours. We are so excited! It is supposed to be done mid-November-ish.
This first pictures is our hole in the ground. It is not even finished being dug at this point. This picture was taken the day they broke ground. I admit when I first saw it, I might have gotten a little teary eyed. By now the foundation is in. Raegan would like everyone to know that the big ugly green box is NOT on our property but the lot next door (whew, that was close!). He is so thrilled that there will be more than one toilet. I can tell you, I am excited about that too!
Tonight we made a chain with the approximate number of days left until the house is complete.
Yeah. It’s pretty long, huh? Like... 78 long.
Keep your fingers crossed for us that all will go as scheduled!
These are great pictures. It will be fun to go out there and take more as the chain gets smaller. What a great idea to make one.

ReplyDeleteI was going to say... My daughters aren't tow headed but red headed. And... you are only saying that because you KNOW I just had pictures done and haven't hung them yet. For clarification purposes, I have THREE daughters. Lovely little things most of the time. I will hang pics and update. Sheesh.
